This training night is our club training session where teams have the opportunity to practice in their squads. The Spitfires, Tempest, Wildcats and Jets teams attend these sessions; they consist of drills, ball skills and match practice.
New members are encouraged to attend this session to get a feel for how we run the club and to have the opportunity to join. Non members will be expected to pay a visitors fee.

This training night is for the three Berkshire Premier teams and Ansons from the Bracknell League. This session consists of high intensity fitness drills, tactical and technical practices. These sessions are on an invite only basis.

Mums Returning to Netball
Do you really fancy a game of netball, but not played for years? Then come along to Mums Return to Netball. We are a bunch of ladies who have not played for years, and we are all shapes and sizes. Do not worry about the rules - you will soon pick them up again, and even learn some new ones! The session is run by a Level 2 Woodley Coach and the sessions are held:
Between now and 31st August 2010 at Rivermead School, Loddon Bridge Road, Woodley on a Tuesday evening 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm. Cost £1.00 a session.
From September 7th, we are moving to the indoor facilities at Bulmershe Leisure Centre, same time 7.00 - 8.00 on a Tuesday. Cost will then be £2.50 a session.
You can just turn up at any of the sessions and all you need to play is a drink, and if you can some energy.
