This training night is our club training session where teams have the opportunity to practice in their squads. Bracknell division 2 teams and below attend these sessions, they consists of drills, ball skills and match practice.
New members are encouraged to attend this session to get a feel for how we run the club and to have the opportunity to join. Non members will be expected to pay a visitors fee.

Tuesday - Division 2 Prem & Bracknell 1 Division Teams - 7.00-8.30 pm
Tuesday - Division 1 Prem Teams 8.30 - 10.00 pm (term time only)
This training night is for the three Berkshire Premier teams and the first division Bracknell team. This session consists of high intensity fitness drills, tactical and technical practices. These sessions are on an invite only basis.

Juniors
Training for juniors is held inside all year round at Woodford Park Lesiure Centre. Each squad goes inside on a rotational basis, but if it rains everyone trains indoors so netball is guaranteed!
Under 10's 5.30 - 6.30 pm Under 1's 6.30 - 8.00 pm
Under 11's 5.30 - 6.30 pm Under 14's 6.30 - 8.00 pm
Under 12's 6.30 - 8.00 pm
